Prior to the amendments to this court rule, as part of a guardianship action, the court required that affidavits of two physicians be annexed, which affidavits were based upon a personal examination of the alleged incapacitated person and supported the allegations of incapacity set forth in the complaint. The amended rule now requires that the supporting affidavits be from two physicians, or from one physician and one licensed practicing psychologist.
